Sund Coaching is an online fitness and nutrition coaching service operated by Tobias, based in Norway. This policy explains what personal data we collect through sundcoaching.com, why, and what rights you have over it, in line with the GDPR as implemented in Norway.
If you apply for coaching, we collect your name, email, Instagram handle (optional), and your answers about fitness level, goals, training history, and obstacles. This is stored via our form provider (Netlify Forms) so Tobias can review and respond to your application.
When you use the Calorie Calculator, your inputs (sex, age, height, weight, activity level, goal) and the calculated results are logged for our own understanding of how the tool is used. This log is not linked to your name or email — we don't know who submitted any given entry.
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter into it (weight, height, age, body fat %, etc.) is sent to us or stored anywhere — it disappears when you close the page.
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs basic technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability purposes.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to third parties.
Information like your weight, body fat percentage, or fitness goals is considered a special category of data under GDPR. We only collect this where you've chosen to provide it (through the application form or calculators), and only use it for the purpose you provided it — evaluating a coaching application, or getting a calculator result.
If you become a paying client, more detailed health and training data is collected separately through your signed coaching agreement, liability waiver, and our coaching delivery platform (Everfit) — governed by those specific agreements, not just this page.

We keep application data for as long as needed to consider your application and follow up with you, and client records for as long as needed to provide coaching services or as required by Norwegian bookkeeping/tax law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see Section 8.
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Loading Google Fonts may involve a request to Google's servers, which can see your IP address as part of that request.

Sund Coaching does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Our services and this site are intended for adults only.
