Sund Coaching is an online fitness and nutrition coaching service operated by Tobias, based in Norway. These terms apply to this website and the services described on it.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for or receive coaching services from Sund Coaching. This site and its tools are not intended for use by anyone under 18.

Paid coaching plans (Basic, Intermediate, Coaching) are described on our Pricing page. Applying through our application form does not guarantee acceptance — Tobias reviews applications individually and will follow up if it's a good fit.
If accepted, the specific terms of your coaching relationship (services included, payment, cancellation, health disclaimers) are governed by a separate signed coaching agreement and liability waiver provided at that time — not by this page alone.
Payments for coaching plans are handled through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not directly store your card details. Pricing, refund, and cancellation terms are set out in your individual coaching agreement.
